There is only one house up at Palm Bay at the moment and that has been there for maybe 20 years.

It will be costly to build and likely the easiest way will be to barge up along the west coast and then go through the back lagoons.

Without any roads you are talking about some major handling of materials and lots of man power.

Not impossible but certainly it will be a challenge.
