But a yearly sticker wouldn't eradicate tourists travelling north of the bridge. So all rental carts would have to have the bridge stickers. Stickers in themselves though wouldn't prevent non payers from crossing the bridge if it were not supervised.
Delays when they occur are not that onerous though. What's a few minutes out of anyone's day. There are much bigger things to get 'stressed' over.
