Interesting... I have no dog in this discussion... Safecracker does for two reasons: one as a victim of this type of crime. I'm in the exact middle here.... Whatever the "standard" sentence is for a first time offender should be DOUBLED for the "no remorse" and stated so by the judge. I am a "tough o crime" kind of guy but 6 years is a lot for a first offense. Six years in the states equals some really violent crime.
