My son and I are planning our next vacation. We just got back from Costa Rico and want to visit Ambergris Caye next year. Our big thing is fishing. We would love to have opinions on where to stay. We are not looking for luxury but very clean and centerally located. May is the month we are considering. I noticed that some lodging has May in high season but others start low in June. We want to do all the fishing. Anything you could tell us about pricing would be greatly appreciated. I lived in Belize many years ago.
