We bought unit #2 in Bermuda Landing, the name of his new complex. Why are you selling your Villas @Del Rio unit, you must have recently purchased it. How much do you want for it?

Are those the condos doubling in price up by Tiger's new golf course?

I was the first one to buy into this project in April 2003. I moved in August 1, 2004. It wasn't finished but I had to be out of my apartment then. (BTW - it still is not finished)

I did not anticipate a bar right under my bedroom window. I moved north for the peace and quiet. Some people may like having the convenience of a place to hang out and drink but that is not my life style. After I moved in a friend of mine (Just Dave who bought unit #5) rescued an abused and starved pot licker (puppy to you gringos) and I took him. He is wonderful, but very protective of me and what he conceives to be 'his property.'

After his playmate, Tessa, died from being poisoned, Pepe started barking and chasing golf carts and bicycles that cut through our property. I got Grita, a black lab pot licker, to keep him company. Now he is teaching her his bad habits.

I need a single family house for my peace and quiet and private property for my dogs to guard. My condo is drop dead beautiful and is the largest one in the project. You can see pictures and read details at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/VistaMarBonita
