We snorkeled with Alphonse 3 times while there in Dec. and had to track him down - WELL worth it, though. He does not have a computer and in fact has never seen the website that was set up for him! I'm not sure who did it (I think he said it was a happy customer) but he has no way to regularly access email. I believe he said his BIL has a computer he can use occasionally, but Alphonse works a lot of hours and has all the usual family obligations we all have - computers do not seem to be a priority to him. Since he's not computer savvy an internet cafe would be like foreign turf to him. Call his cell # 620-1060. Obviously it's not in his hip pocket while snorkeling, but he does return calls!
