Did Everette Anderson used to work out of the dive shop in front of Crazy Canucks?

I believe he worked there for a few months last year.

He was a great guide I used him on several day trips, last may. Would reccomend him with high regards.

I've seen his name on the board...he's bouncing around a little !

Clover - when you work your way up you sometimes move around. I started diving with Everette when he was a Dive Master with Hustler. A year or so ago he, and many of the others who are now independent operators, spent a lot of time and money studying to become PADI instructors. Everette was among them. Then a kind gringo (who shall remain anonymous) financed his buying a boat. This was not a 'gift' per se but a loan which he is paying back.
I'm proud to say I know a couple of gringo's who have done this for a couple of young men here.
I went to take him some equipment the other day and from Cholo's Beach Bar I could see the gate to the dock was closed and locked. Boo Hoo. Then down the beach I bumped into his brother Darryl who very excitedly told me Everette was moving into his new dock and that they were going to be painting it orange and blue. So I guess we won't have a hard time finding it. It is between Amigos and Hustler.

All I said was he was moving around! That is not a slur......just a fact.

Well Scubaldy as soon as u find out where his dock is post it. As far as I'm concerned he is one of the most personalbe guides/dive masters on the island. He could use all the free advertising he can get. Hope all is well for him and can't wait to get back there in June.

Everette's new shop is on the water right in front of the new Phoenix condo project. We dove with him last week and he was moving into his new digs. Nice boats and great equipment for rent. You can get his contact info at www.belizedivingadventures.net

if you feel comfortable, after getting your feet wet again, go local and go to turneffe (the elbow) lighthouse reef (the abyss)Some of the best diving in the caribbean
or closer to the island with journeys end on their resort dives, caverens, mexico rocks, or go off of caye caulker.
the regular stuff is nice, but if you have been diving 15 years, get your feet wet again, and the sites we have here are unbelievable, but it takes a little research and a little more time to get there, but well worth it.
the blue hole trip is great, but spend the money to go with a small group! the trip is half the fun!
