Collette,

Try everywhere,as we are not in competition with each other (as Tim stated to me one night). We are in competition only with other Carribean Islands.

I just wish everyone well in what they do. There are loads of good food places in SP and that is it.

We just do out our own thing. I have eaten some incredible meals here.

Beachboy. I have tried lots of places. I mention those I have enjoyed, such as El Fogon mentioned elsewhere. The ones I haven't enjoyed so much I don't mention. Don't be bloody ungrateful for compliments(cuz you know we love you) or I'll tell everyone Walter cooks a better pizza than you do!

For anyone who is interested other places I think are good are:

Timmy's Chinese, Papi's, Caliente's, Celi's, Blue Water Grill, Reef Restaurant, Antojitos, Jambel Jerk, street vendors, Victoria House - so far.

Colette, all I was trying to say was I have stopped feeding my own ego and that there were so many places to go to in SP for different occasions and circumstances.

Just beware anyone who critizes my Pizza's unless it is constructive, that I own and will defend forever.

beachboy- one of our pizzas was a bit burnt last night. maybe a little less time at the computer and more in the kitchen would help...

Tim, it is called Neopolitan! Seriously the pizza's have to be cooked until the bread is cooked through.

Sometimes this means, dependant on oven temperature that some of the outside is slightly charred not burned.

I spend 10 hours plus in the kitchen each day and as you know it is very hot. I am, unlike certain others not carrying excess weight.

n order to sustain my body weight the a/c in the bar enables me to cool down and save hydration.

Plus how else would I receive your "sage like" advice ?

We have held the prime rib until your return. It is dry ageing nicely too.
