I think the name is "SandBar" and the head cook is from Mango's and The Tennis Club.
Victoria House's customers are quite satisfied with the food here.
In my view from being from "across the water" that the food in SP is vastly superior to anything else in Belize.
Of course people do not always get it right but they do there best with what foodstuffs they have to work with.
Caliente does amazing lunches at a very reasonable cost. Casa Picasso has an ambience hard to match frankly, anywhere.
We often critise out own food but the freshness of the seafood is a dream to cook and work with.
