And I am sorry if I overreacted but gosh, gee, I do have a sensitive side. Now pass me that damned chihuahua.

But as to the question of family dining options? The kids have to try new stuff sometime and so do the adults...that is part of the fun.

Easy to settle this dispute... all you critical "Americans" stay home and enjoy your chemical beef... and all the people who enjoy Belize for what it is, and the beef as-is, stay here. No more problems!

Got to love them! What would I do without her, it is absolutely freezing here right now. Pants, sweater, and a warm dog thank goodness.

I lived and worked in South Korea for a couple of years and lived off the economy, not the US military. Never had a poodle burger but will state unequivocally that even quality US grown beef is unfit for consumption, in a burger, when prepared by a Korean fry cook. SO,,, don't be blaming the Belizian burgers on the Belizian beef. Blame the cook. SO THERE !!!

I'll be happy to discuss my avatar with anyone who knows what it is.

I became quite fond of gibnut burgers while in belize, tasty little critters and they don't have all the fat and cholesterol.

Only tried a hambuger 1 time in S.P. at Wet Willies, took 1 bite and tossed it in the water, the fish loved it.
I'll stick to sea food!

My best friend's family used to raise Brangus cattle in Louisiana. I have to say that "fresh" killed, grass fed beef has a different taste than corn fed aged beef that we all get in the states, whether it's a super market or meat market. (and when I say "fresh killed" I mean it was butchered that morning, and we were eating it that evening.)
Give me corn fed, aged beef over grass fed, "fresh kill" any day! Good ole marbling!
Hear my arteries hardening as we speak! Prime Rib for Thanksgiving for us! Keep your turkeys!
