Happen to have two large tracts right next to town, and looking for someone interested in creating a development. Both tracts have very unique qualities, both are incredible locations, and are both waterfront (one ocean and one bay)

I am willing to put up the land and be part of the project, or sell. Have a few ideas, but open to new ones.
