Perla Escondida has a 2 br condo on the beach Ground floor for $1,000 and one on the road for $850. You pay all utilities. This is from the management there. They had an ad in the San Pedro Sun, sorry I do not have their number.
We stay here also, but rent from a private party. There is another owner who has several units available on the side, I think those are $900us. If you want to talk to him let me know and I will look for his number. Nice place, but can be noisey in the day a few days a week from the trucks going to the barge. That said it is easy to just come and look for a day or two. There is plenty to rent and you get to see with your own eyes. You can get internet anywhere for $$$
