Considering some 1 bedroom units go for over $400 A DAY during December, perhaps $400-500/month may be a somewhat unreasonable expectation for winter in AC.

though the person who posted is asking for miracle, $1500? I know for a fact there are places around $900-1000 up there and down there. My grandson just moved from where he was living.

you can find something for $500 but it'll be pretty rough looking. You may be able to find something in that price range down in Placencia.
