hello everyone,
we have just made the decision to call ac our next/second home. any and all advise would be appreciated. we are green so be gentle. we are from houston so when you have those long boring stops here maybe we can meet for a beer.

Welcome to the part-time neighborhood. Have you already bought a place? My husband and I bought in February, closed in May. It has been an adventure so far! How much time do plan on spending on the island?

Daphne and I are having a place built (it's almost done) and will move into the (other) money spending phase, furnishing in a few weeks. We'll be down in Jan 19 through Feb 3 to look the place over and get our brains straightened out again.

We have two lots 2.5 miles north of San Pedro but no home built yet. Hopefully won't be much longer. Need to get our "ducks in a row" here in Nebraska first. We love Belize and A.C. and look forward to our trips to visit. Best of luck to you and hope someday we meet.
