I to think the radio stations and the consulates are good ideas. They have ways of investigating these type of things. Send them as much information as possible. I don't know much about Costa Rica, but many people I know travelled there and felt safe. As for Guatamala, we took our kids there for the day. It was pleasant, and we had a wonderful time, but things are very different there. We had a guide who watched us like a hawk and didn't let us out of his sight. Negotiated our passports, and purchased tickets, etc. for us. I didn't see many places in Guatamala that would have a compuer for communication... That's a possibility. I will pray for them to turn up soon.

Thanks everyone. We will have some pictures of Chris up soon. We don't have any digital pictures of Natasha, but she has long brown hair, blue eyes and freckles. Their names are Christopher Fillion and Natasha Fillion. Chris was wearing a long sleeve grey shirt over a white t-shirt and beige pants and a Tilley hat. They are both vegan. I emailed the radio station. I will for sure let you know if they contact us. Tommorow we will be able to do more.

A vegan is a type of vegetarian. I think that it means no animal products at all. Vegetarian plus no milk etc...

Here are pictures of Chris. We don't have any computer ready ones for Natasha. These were taken last year in Indonesia. Any minute now we'll hear from them and feel so silly to have over reacted, right!!!! http://astra.intelinet.net/chris/
Thanks again,
Eva

It looks like he's done some backpacking in third world countries before so I'm sure they'll do fine. Its easy to lose track of hours and days in Belize.
