Could someone tell me where this area of the island is? All I have found is that it's north of town. Thanks

It starts about a mile north of the cut, a very beautiful place.. One of the hightest point of land on the island. It is one of the new communities of the island, and us and many more want to keep it that way..

Right past Sweet Basil on the left....Tres Cocos Gardens is the first "flat", no foliage due to clearing it, area. You can see some of it at trescocos.com ...kinda in between Sweet Basil and the Palapa! Cheri

I didn't realize Tres Cocos was new.

The "area" called Tres Cocos is not "new" in that sense.....but a "community" or "neighborhood" has pretty recently been started and is growing. Most all lots sold in that area, i believe. C

Isn't that where your property is located? We were on AC in July and went through that area. Very beautiful indeed. Are you on the East or West side of AC.

bbnx...we are 2nd row from the beach....i guess west??? Only one lot in front of us..but it is empty at this time. C have ocean view from front of house and lagoon from back. If you were looking from an arial view it would maybe be the middle???

Wow... Best of both worlds! Sounds great. I reviewed the web site. Doesn't seem like the available lots will last long. Great location and priced reasonably. Are you in the process of building...?
