I dunno Bez. Ernie may not be so rich...it's hard to tell. It's just as easy to love a rich boy, as my daddy used to tell my (non-listening)sister.

Rich Guy, on the other hand, is obviously rich. Mebbe you should tickle him.

Both of you ought to click on www.sanpedrosc.org and kick in a few bucks there. Or, if you're really rich, a few grand.

Skip a night of drinks and make the kids' day.

Good one CatMo. Everyone should definitely click on www.sanpedrosc.org and send money. Bez probably thinks Ernie is a millionaire (and maybe he is) based on his $500 per day budget for San Pedro. LOL. Rich Guy, I will arrive this Sunday for a week. Hope to meet you and say hi and have a drink. Ernie, are you gonna come buy me drinks too for my birthday?

catmo, who said anything about love or money? I'm not asking imminning to marry me and I certainly don't need a man for money or with money. It was just a simple drink..... I understand your concern about the children in San Pedro and it's a great idea and I want to be able to help. I was one of those little kids in that school many dedcades ago. I grew up in san pedro when there were no hotels....the cementry was the end of the island, the high school was where the town board offices are now, and when Ramons was not even built.....also when Piasano was young, handsome, had his own gift shop, and had a wife and family. I have always helped the island in almost every fundraising they've had and will continue to do so. Wow, asking for a drink does go a long way in here....... wink

Oh, I dunno. The way I grew up, if you invited folks for drinks, you bought--at least the first round. An open invitation to 5000 or so would require rich, IMO.

But we did learn a lot, like:

1)The variations in daily spending budgets in SP.
2)Ernie's a letch (not news, but always good to see).
3)Bez might be a man, who knows?
4)Pork rinds and the cost of club entry in NYC.
5)Your shaving habits,
and probably more, that's just all I can recall.

So, all in all, probably a worthwhile thread.
