Not so fast. Effective immediately, I'm declaring a fiscal and emotional crisis. I intend to use my authority under the emergency powers provisions of our charter to invoke deep spending cuts, which means I will not be required to send in the 2017 dues, and I'm also declaring myself dictator for life, expressly for the purpose of improving everyone's table manners.

Never had reason to read beyond SUB SECTION II, which stated Paisano was the PRO TEM Prez, for Life, during the time PREZ BILL for Life was out of Belize.
SUB SECTION III, states Pro Tem, self appointed Prez DOG, must reside in Belize, during Prez Bill's absence.
Denny must cut the check out of SPASC funds immediately, for Prez Dog's airfare. To save money for SPASC, Prez Dog can us Prez Bill's place, the key is taped to the bottom side of table #4 at Caliente's.

Dear Bill, My deepest sympathies - there's nothing sadder than missing balls. I do hope it hasn't upset your balance as, per Miss Manners' Guide to Excruciatingly Correct Behavior, it is important to sit up straight at the table. It makes a good impression. I don't know if it makes up for missing balls. Chloe, would you like to borrow my towel?
