I have not ate sushi in Belize,but have had it many other places. I lived in the Far East for a few years and sushi should be a separate food group. There are many different kinds. Wikipedia can detail some of them better than me.

Just make sure you put enought wasabi (the green paste) and you will never know what you ate. Outside of Japan most places provide imitation wasabi made from horseradish. Wasabi(made from the wasabi plant) is said to kill germs on raw fish.

All right - you've done it now! It's going to have to be sushi for dinner tonight. :p

I'm lucky enough to have a great Japanese restaurant in my small town - including a great sushi chef... and I'll be calling in an order for take-out shortly!
