Hey Axeman. I used to live in Falls Church. Went to Marshall High School....woohoo...you aren't too far away. Still in VA, but near the shore now. Happy to hear of another Virginia Southerner on the board.

Well, Dee and I met online about a year ago..playing online poker...I was taken by her quick wit and great sense of humor. Since I was working nights often we starting talking more and more..finally got the nerve to ask her for her chat I.D...and we have been calling each other twice daily ever since. She's a real sweety and I can't wait till we are together. I've put my entire life on hold till we spend time together and god willing she's the one I've been waiting all these years for. Been single 15 years.
It has been very romantic and I've found that really getting to know her has formed a very deep trust that I never seemed to find in other relationships.
Most folks meet...jump in bed, then try to sort out the trust issues later. I know Dee better than anyone I've ever been with.
It takes a special person to have a long term realtionship with this much distance.
TRUST has been the crucial...along with gut level honesty..and thats not too easy when your not face to face.
Fate brought us together...

Axeman - great story! I know so many couples that met on the net. They were able to get down and dirty on an intellectual level, an emotional level, and a spiritual level before they ever got "down and dirty".

Well look for the two folks that can't pry each other apart from each other..that will be us..sometime after feb. We will be staying at holiday most likly. Your living in AC now right?

Well Axeman you never seem to fail in taking my breath away...your such a wonderful romantic that makes my heart melt I truly adore you and can't wait to be walking the beaches in Belize with you for sure. Our story is very special and its only going to get better, maybe we can write a book lol. I will tell you all, this man is truly wonderful and has swept me off my feet without even touching me. He is a very caring, loving, giving person and I am looking forward to being able to look him in the eyes and tell him how he makes me feel and what a better way than on a beach with the sun setting in Paradise. Heres to you babe...I ADORE YOU!!!
