Does anyone have the scoop on XM Satellite Radio?
I understand that some Bars and Resorts have it now.
Can it be purchased in the states and programmed there?

Doubtful you can pick it up directly with a XM receiver, as the satellites that provide the feed are positioned for US customers. Maybe one of the satellite TV companies includes it as part of their package of programming.

KBG ! How was your trip ?

Took my XM with me last year. It worked fine with a bit of fiddling with the antenna. It is one of the original Sonys....But unless you are going to be on a boat,and out of range of the mainland You can catch the local FM radio most everywhere. They provide a real taste of "whats up"

It works just fine, I know more than a few people who have it and even one of the TMM boats has it and I haven't heard of ANY problems.
