Does anyone know how an electrical bill can be paid if we don't live full time on the island??

Next time you are here, try to get BEL to send the bill to your bank and have the bank pay it.
If that does not work, hire somebody to oversee your stuff.

Try paying for them in advance.
We know pay for our bills a minimum of 6 months in advance. Water, electric and phone.

The gal at the BEL office in San Pedro will email you the bill if you ask. If she forgets just call and ask her what the balance is that is outstanding. You can then pay by credit card to Milo's - just have to fax a note with card number, BEL account #, amount to pay and your signature.
