Does anyone know a really good rate to phone a cell phone in Belize????????????

Some of the cards you get here in the U.S tell you one price but when it comes down to it it's a different price. So far the best i found is about .22 c per minute to a cell phone. but you have to buy a $10 card and if you don't use it all in one call it end up to be more with all the fees.

So far the best i have found (but have not tried yet) is something called awaketelunlimited.com which is $29.99 per month + .08 c per minute which to me whould avarage to $97 per month with the amounts of calls i make to cell phones in Belize. (which right now with cards is costing me about $185 per month. i avarage 840 minutes per month.

Also i found Tel 3 advantage https://www.tel3advantage.com/memberlogin.aspx?Plan=29 which is the same for .21 cents per minute
and Awake Tel http://www.awaketel.com/ is .21 per minute.

make sure no connection fee, I think one above has 3 min minimums.
