For all who want to see the ever changing rules, there is a copy at the front office. Although as was stated earlier, they are subject to change based on who is present or what they are feeling that day.

up here (PA) boyfriend is an association & commercial property manager. i am very familiar with all i am hearing, and the boards (or select self-appointed individuals) are very often overbearing and self-serving. those of you who live and/or own there DO have a say. you should speak to or write your board, or the property manager, and call for a general meeting to address your issues. the board is not the king, as you said, they are supposed to work for the good of the community. take votes.

i do not live there and assume things may be done differently, but i love AC and i'm sure that is not what you bought down there for. JMHO.

While this is great in theory, none of the board live on Ambergris Caye. We've found that the best way to deal with the problem is to make light of it - a little humour goes a long way.

I agree with both of you, but as Colly said its not a rule if no one follows it. We have our own fun with it.

hey well the new security is great. They fired the permanent security who were really good and we never had many break ins at all. With this new crew weve had four break ins in less than a month. Another unit was hit last night. And guess who hired these clowns.
