Will there be an accounting of funds dispersion forthcoming from the honorable office of the SPA-SC coffers keeper anytime soon? I see a few of my dues checks have not been presented for payment.

"accounting of funds"? I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I also cannot find the checks that you mentioned but I have noticed you are behind in your payments, please send checks immediately, plus late fees.

DS - my lawyer has advised that no funds have, as yet, been disbursed to BB as mandated in item 5 of the 1/21 correspondence from PB to you, as communicated by me.
I would urge you to resolve this issue post haste. Failure to adhere, in every request, will have dire consequences.
My lawyer stands at the ready. Your procrastination will force him/her to also make a visit to SP, investigating those infractions, thereby at least doubling the costs you will incur. Perhaps even treble damages, once one factors in bartabs.

I believe KLC, the Trez may have to be cited for delay of game? At the very least called for holding the ball.

klc, unfortunately neither you nor your attorny have read Section CCXXXI: Judges Present and Former Cannot Be Held Guilty of Anything.
Yes, that is true. I had the privledge of helping to write out this newly instituted Federal, State and City law. A judge, sitting or retired cannot be held nor found guilty of any crime. Period.
