It appears that the section of all handbooks you so eloquently cited above, was written with disappearing ink. A random survey of all known copies in existence leads one to the conclusion that you, if anyone, possess the only copy of said Section. Therefore, under the Articles of Confederacy, you not only are liable, you are also subject to recall by a minority vote of 2.
