Caribbean Martini: 3/4 shot coconut rum, 1 1/2 shot vanilla vodka and a splash off pineapple juice, shaken with a sugared rim.

Windex Shots: 1/2 shot Hawaiin Pucker, 1/2 shot Citrus Vodka in a shooter.

Beliken is good beer and also the coconut rum.

Being a simple man, I believe that between Belikin and Stoli martinis (very dry, straight up, two olives, clean glass optional), and an occasional rum of any sort, anything else is frivolous.

PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY MARTINI Drink Recipe
2 parts ABSOLUT VODKA
1 part Black Currant Liqueur
1 part Hazelnut Liqueur
1 part Strawberry Puree
Strawberry

this is bf's new favorite. it has no name i know of, and one can use either vodka (ketel one my choice) or rum:

lots of ice
generous splash (2 shots) good vodka or rum
juice of half a fresh lime
teaspoon of sugar, or to taste
shot of Rose's lime juice
top with water, if desired.

stir well, enjoy.

yes, ida, minus the soda and mint. we tried mojitos a few times, but neither of us really cared for them. these are yummier, IBFHO (in bf's humble opinion )!!

we are trying to bring back the 'kamakazi' too!
