Hi All, Capt. Jeff & immissing have it right. I've been coming down for a couple of years now & quite honestly it used to look shabby & in disrepair. Now it's arguably one of the nicest places on the island. New paint, tile, equipment & landscapers that also work on Victoria House (Also 1 of the best). They're the ones that trimmed back the bushes & now they look fantastic. I've never had a problem with any owner or renter in my 4 trips there. Everyone seems really nice & for the most part it's quiet & very peaceful. My trips have usually been for 5-7 days. I'm booking my next trip for 2 weeks.

One of the best places on the island? Are you on drugs? The bushes look fantastic? Are you on drugs? The ones that were chopped are just starting to grow leaves back. The big guy from the HOA has been on sight so the septic tank pump is not backing up so often and there are some new Belikin umbrellas up around the swimming pool. As soon as this guy leaves it will be the same unless the crazies are dealt with. The crazies have now been getting drunk and shouting swear words at neighbors with kids. Hows that for quiet and peaceful? I have talked to three people who have been thrown off the dock at night in the last month. LAG ain't doing security anymore. They couldn't deal with the same crazy people.

Hi, The bushes were trimmed back to get them to flower. (I'm an ex-landscaper). It is one of the nicest places on the island & no, I don't take drugs but have walked the coast on numerous occasions & checked out what's avail. I've never experienced drunk "crazy's" at RP but have at other resorts which doesn't mean RP hasn't ever had drunks. It means anyplace can have people acting inappropriately. If they do you should call security &/or the police just like you would elsewhere. RP has a beautiful beach, pool, landscaping & view. Please try to focus on that instead of 1 or 2 owners that you don't seem to like & you'll enjoy paradise more. Just friendly advice.
