I stayed at Ruby's for 2 weeks in April and I liked it. I stayed on the first floor but I may move up to floor 2 or 3 the next time. The place in clean and you can't beat the view of the Ocean. I was traveling myself and I met some real interesting people by just sitting on the porch, in the morning, sipping a Ruby's coffee.

I need another vacation.
