Where is Reef Village from downtown SP? Is it on the lagoon side?

Reef Village will eventually start just north of the bridge and goes along the lagoon up to the Cloisters. All of the "land" was the lagoon and they have dredged and filled to create peninsulas, etc. So, to answer your question YES - It is on the lagoon - literally. LOL

Literally - hope it is not sinking sand. There are condo's for sale everywhere. Get a realtor and go look at a variety. Have some fun too.

We just purchased a villa in Reef Village and had the opportunity to look at the condo's they are very nice great layout. They had 3 or 4 villa's left 3 weeks ago.

We own a condo at Paradise Villas and know of one coming on the market, pm me if you would like info.
We love everything about the place.

Paradise Villas is nice, especially when you get two units with your purchase.

I just found out tonight they ARE selling timeshares at Reef Village. I really didn't know that. Kinda strange if you ask me, being as the place is barely halfway finished. Hmmm, wonder why that is happening, Because they were advertised a couple years back as individually-owned units. weird....
