Something else worth mentioning is that the owner is building an extension on one side of the gym to accomodate the cardio machines, plus another treadmill and maybe more besides. He'll then use the existing cardio room as his office, I believe.

The extension will look out directly onto the airstrip, so you can watch people arriving and leaving by plane!
