I too would recommend the Turks and Caicos Islands... beautiful!
Not even close to what Belize offers and why we so love it... but indeed beautiful.

Hon - may I add that I too am sensitive to motion and took dramamine with me but didn't have to use it. The boats stability systems are pretty remarkable. This may sound crazy but I slept SO good on the ship too.

Looks like SP is your best option yet though (wink)

I love the 'if money is no object' kind of comments smile Money is the total object. If it wasn't, we'd be coming to San Pedro again.

Unfortunately we can get a AI week at a 5 star resort in Cuba or Dominican Republic for the same cost as the flights to AC alone. frown

Hon, careful about Cuba unless you've done your homework... I'm thinking about Dominican Republic. Really did not like Aruba at all.

TQ, can't Canadians go to Cuba? I was under the impression they did not have the same restrictions we do.

The Dominican is nice. We spent a week in Puerto Plata a few years back. It was nice, but the nice beaches were few and far between. Punta Cana is supposed to have some really nice beaches pretty much everywhere (at least along the coast. laugh )
