Thanks for the input. We have been having a hard time deciding where to stay. I seem to be getting into a lot of trouble here lately....spending to much time on this board and website:) We have looked at Mata Rocks. Haven't looked at the Palms though. Maybe we will check it out. We can't wait to get there and start diving. Everything we read and have seen looks gorgeous!!!

I agree Ramons is beautiful. Right in town. Close to everything. It will really depend on what you are looking for. If you want tropical but a little further from the hustle bustle of town then Xanadu is lovely.
I am bias to up north. If you are looking for romantic getaway where you dive during the day and have quiet romantic nights then up north has some beautiful resort.
