JD, It sure if funny that I talked to II 2 days ago and they said Reef was not in their system!! Who's telling the truth? Why is it taking till 2009 to become part of II when alot of us bought in 2007 & 2008, that was not stated in the contract I have. All I know that I have been given the runaround for too long, I'm done with Reef and Grand Crowne, I don't believe any of you!!

Sweetjane, your absolutely right!! I've been back and forth with Reef and Grand Crowne for months now and now JD is going to make things right! I'll let everyone know on this board when that day comes!

I bought at Reef Village in July /08 and in my package it states my II membership starts in Jan/09

If your going to stay at Reef Village, yes my paperwork states 2009. On the member paperwork stating payment details and for future bookings, it explains how to book an exchange with II, Reef is to be completed and booked in 2009. It was not explained that way to me about II, John said we would get our member # for II in 30 to 60 days and we could utilize the getaways with II. I think at the time John was telling the truth, but it was presented to me that we would be a part of II after the waiting period.

My wife and I purchased a week back in January and just received our Interval International number today. What about our spa robes? How come I can't find a website for Reef Village? Inquiring minds want to know

the website for reef village was updated this week. www.reefvillagebelize.com. They are not on the intervale website yet and according to II just got off the phone with them. They will be when they update their website.
