Need help with a Real Estate Agent, we have been in the planning stage of moving to Belize for months. Coral Beach Realty has been recommended, would like to hear from anybody their views especially any person purchasing property through Coral Beach? Thank you Philip

Our strategy is to spend time here prior to investing (we have been here 10 months). This way we have a better feel and can make more educated decisions.

I would recommend Chris Alnatt at Pelican Properties. I actually bought property through Chris and think he is quite good.

Ditto Sunrise, though I think "quite good" is a bit of an insult to both establishments. They're both VERY good!

I would go with one or the other of the above. Coral Beach sold my property a year ago and we are still having problems with them.
