Thanks all for the guidance. More questions: Can my 15 yr old drive it w/o getting in legal trouble? Should I reserve in advance? (12/26 arrival) Can I do that my Internet or phone? Phone or site for Monchos or other rental place?

I believe you must be of legal driving age to drive cart but you can check with rental agent.
I use Island Rental. I would suggest reserving. In fact I was just getting ready to call them. If calling from the states the number is 011 501 26 2790.
