If you're all on the same server it may not even let you do it -- depends on how you're configured. If it lets you do it and you play by the rules in having different individuals vote -- I'd say go for it. If it allows you to register a vote without intentionally trying to change your IP address, by definition, it is recognizing you as a different individual. BUT IT's TG's CALL, NOT MINE.

Just make sure you check to see if it is even possible before you send out a note and have it not allow it functionally.

I will have a Belikin -- put it on klcman's tab.

i have only seen one person say they actually looked at the other finalists blogs!
to be fair and honest, i would think you have to get them to do that?

I actually did look at the other blogs in her category and still considered TG's the best...but we all are a little biased! I would not send out a mass email...just to a select group of co-workers and would encourage them to check out each one. Thanks for the input!

I do agree with Barn to looking the other finalists. Checking out the competition is always a good thing. We did and tacoboy even voted in every category as well of course that meant I could not vote lol as he got to use our ip first.

I am actually putting a serious effort into this Best Image Blog competition and have a 20 day post plan already in place largely involving the photo contest I just launched.

KathyA not sure how it is all wired there. I know here on the island btl does some ip sharing lol because few people who have gone to vote (and they are the only ones who would have been doing so from their computer) could not as someone close by had already voted. So even for a big school or office if ip is shared no matter how many people only one vote. But if anyone chose to go vote from home then it would likely work for sure.

Lonely Planet makes it easy - if that ip address already voted from you will not have a vote option and instead just see the polls instead. You can always vote in your head too if you find you can't physically do it on the computer you are at lol.

Thanks again to all who voted smile

I have voted. I have been going to Belize since '93, and enjoy reding Tacogirls blog daily. It makes me feel I know a little bit about what is going on down there. It also warms me, here in central Ontario it is -29 today.Keep up the writing.

I voted for taco really..........However it does make me laugh you all talking about being fair and then happily using the message board to hike up the votes without a care for which site really is the best.

ha ha true Phil it is pretty funny.

Seriously though if anyone did not pick my blog I would not hold it against them for voting who they thought of as best.

People voting on here may be a bit biased due to content and love for San Pedro smile.

I do care and at the same time I am working hard to earn my votes beyond my idol chatter lol.
