Aloe Vera gel and/or some benadryl...you'll probably burn if you snorkel or take your shirt off, even if you use sunscreen. Nobody remembers to bring the cure...and a good book or two! I never did find a store on A.C. that sold current mags or paperbacks!

We returned from AC on 1-25-01. My husband dives and I snorkel. We wished we had brought warming clothing for the boat ride before and after our trips It's mighty cold when your wet and it's windy!

Elwe,

Here's an old post with helpful information. I know there's another one out here too. I'll find it and bring it up top as well. Have fun!

Ok, call me a rube, but, what is the purpose of the flashlight? Walking the beach at night; looking at the fish/rays as someone earlier mentioned, or what.

Johnnie, flashlites have many purposes. I like to watch the creatures in the water off of the pier at night . You can see some neat things. Also from the way these people are talking, you may need it to get home from a night of belikins!

Next time, I WILL remember to bring some diuretics. My feet swelled horribly. Bruce from BC's was an angel and hooked us up with medication from the pharmacy. Was so helpful. Can't say enough nice things about he and Charlene. If any of you have intermittant water retention, I would recommend it.
Ditto on the shoes. There IS still some glass and nails around.'

Debbie,

Next time, order your margaritas with less salt on the rim! <just kidding!>
