My roots are Truro, Nova Scotia, ( a noticed that there are a few 'Bluenosers' in AC), currently living in Toronto (Mississauga), Ontario, and plan to come down to AC in 2 weeks for a while to heat-up.

Also from Truro, Nova Scotia. This must be San Pedro's Canadian sister town!

I stayed at a Holiday Inn. Does that count?

Born in PEI, and still have strong ties to the island. Raised across Canada with my father being in the Armed Forces, (except Newfoundland). Settled in beautiful Montreal at age 14. Almost finished raising the last of 4 kiddies and just moved to a farm in Eastern Ontario . We have been to AC 5 times now and have a little piece of land that's waiting for us to build on, once my husband is finished playing farmer, maybe 5 years. Until then, we visit at least once a year. Farmer boy was born and raised in Montreal, with a few years in Labrador, Toronto and Kuujjuaq.

Born in Paris, educated at University of Toronto, laboured in Brantford (home of Wayne Gretzky) and hoping to buy a condo on AC once I am convinced that prices have bottomed out, tourism has rebounded, Elvis is still dead, and the country has a handle on its electricity issues. In the meantime, I'm a casual visitor.
