I blame Bobcat Bill for the power outages on the island because he is dilligent in giving us the time on Mini Chat but is not letting the BEL boys know what time it is to turn the power back on.

Ok, I'm not complaining, but please tell me the point of a "planned power outage" from 2:45 - 3:00 pm, "entire island" when it doesn't go off? Guess I'll sit here with all the appliances unplugged and the AC off until 5:00. They'll be home by then and there at least won't be a "planned" outage. I give up

Well I guess 3:34 is pretty close to 2:45

Its been 4 outages today , short ones only about 10 to 15min. each just enough to jack the phone ,computer and credit card machine. I'm getting criticized by my local friends that hear me say 'Third World'.
