A ham located 25mi west of Belize City reports (now) heavy rain, winds 30mph sustained, gusts to 40-45. No power, he is on a diesel generator. The info he has on Ambergris and Caye Caulkin comes from local broadcast news reporting heavy damage, no fatalities on both islands. Roads are closed around Belize City due to flooding. Emergency crews are at work.
