Chels,

I highly suggest doing the whole course on AC. My wife and I did. It is a great activity to center your trip around. You spend most of your time on/in or near water. You get a valuable education. The Belizian nature lends itself well to teaching. My instructor Thomas Sharp ( tsharp@btl.net or 014-8008 )
was amazingly patient with my wife who did not grasp diving that well. Now we are both certified, have dived since, and bought all the toys to dive anywhere.

I've also heard that Thomas is a good instructor, however, I wouldn't want to spend any part of my holiday studying. I'd still get it everything but the open water done at home.

A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?
