Well, it figures....going to AC for my FIRST time...and now I need a licence to walk the streets. Just when you think your getting away from all the rules and now this pops up.

well I'm a huge believer in licensing. If anything, if a dog loses it's way he/she can be reunited with the owner.

I don't know what the dog situation is like there..so perhaps it's not really needed.

i would rather see them neutered. the ones that run free, i mean.(except you, axeman)!

p.s. anyone see they can barcode them here now? with tattoos. all info is recorded.

Thanks Jane..The thought of being neutered brings up some really creepy pictures of some Frankenstein loooking Doctor with a rather large rusty scalpel and an overbareing toothless nurse.
