Only just picked up on this thread and delighted to hear you are going to be staying in our house next year!

Thanks everyone for their previous comments on this thread.

As has been indicated the house is immediately south of the White Sands condo resort. This is about half a mile (at a guess) south of Capt Morgan resort, which you can see well from our balcony - having said that the view, past our coconut trees, out to the reef from the hammocks on our balcony is much much better and is one of the key reasons we purchased this piece of beach and built the house on it.

In case you are interested, the reason it is called Debbie's Beach is that my better half has always wanted a place on a beach and here in the UK the beaches are too often cold, wet, and stony with little for me to do. So a beach front house looking out over the world's second largest barrier reef, with diving, snorkling,fishing, lots of restaurants etc etc seemed like a good idea! Wish we were there now!

Golf cart access to our house from town is fine when the track is mainly dry (although rather bumpy for the last 1/2 mile) which it should be when you are there.

Thanks Nick for the reply, one thing we were wondering about is using a kayak a bit while we are at Debbie's Beach. Do you have one at the house, and if not, have you thought about getting something like this to go float around on a bit. I'd be willing to put say $100 towards something like this if you are interested.
