How high will it be ??i think it will block reef village view of the sea from some of the floors yes or no??

captjeff, it will probably block some of reef village view but only any units (villas) that are close to the theater. As it is those units do not have a view of the sea anyway.

Anyone that bought in Reef Village had to know that at some point, view of the reef would be deminished or gone. Secondary lot and secondary costs.

I Belive I met a few people last year at wild mangos who thought they would have a view forever .But when i said i do not think So they where taken back by my coments .And they gave me a look like I had three heads LOL.I guess they will get a wake up call now ,,Sorry to say ..But the good news is there is more to do here then look out the window .living the dream here is made easy if you want to live it..

Agree with the above two comments but isn't this the land directly on the River Cut and beach area just over the bridge?

Also, isn't there a 4 story max height?

Phil, no it's the piece that is fenced off directly across from the new theater......has a white house close to the water.
