There is an easy way to do that, SS. Simply go to the profile of the antagonist du jour, and click on "Ignore this user"...voila!

And, I'm was of the same mindset, SS, except that the individual of whom you write was more anti-development.

I really don't give a rat's behind who he/she is. But it is definitely not Pedro. Hell, he hasn't even logged into his own site for 5 weeks. (love is a many splendored thing smile ) And, he was much more "leterate" than Bozoboy.

Maybe Marty needs to follow suit with the "other" board and create "a special place" where this poor soul could rant & rave all he/she wanted and then people would have to seek him/her out for diversions/pleasure/angst thus leaving legitimate threads unaffected.

Just MHO, (insert sig line here) .........

The road starts right behind the Campbell project Indigo . It is just south of Mata Grande. Walk straight back and it is obvious. It is giant mud road that heads right across the lagoon. I have photos but do not know how to post on this board

Where BillyBob is concerned anyone that signs up with a name like BillyBob and how a name like that has been portrayed in the US as a backwards Hick Hillbilly from the mountains, how can you expect anything less from him as he signed up wanting you to think exactly that of him.

Its pretty easy

Don't feed the Troll and he will get bored and go away. feed him and you encourage him to hang around.

If everyone hits the Ignore this user JOB DONE

Billybob serves a purpose.I like to think since his ip address is close to David mitchell's hes probably one of his many voices.
He certainly has similar sensitivity.
click on the the map below and you can see the river connecting the lagoons at low water levels in the dry season. when we have rain its one large lagoon. double click to enlarge and see detail.

...and when AC looks like riviera maya, i'll just go there instead - its cheaper. or back to eastern costa rica, where they understand what the golden goose is and actually try to avoid torturing it.

billybob, tease me that i;m just a visitor if it rings your bell, but we've (and i assume i can speak for some others like us) been coming to BZ for 15+ yrs because its is DIFFERENT than those other places. development is not a finite term, it is subjective and open to interpretation. development that benefits the people of SP: fantastic, big thumbs up. development that only benefits developers &/or changes the feel of AC or encourages the kinds of tourists we go out of our way to avoid: there you lost us - not interested.

so, restating what has already been stated, no one is arguing development - only arguing it should be well planned and executed properly (and of course in accordance with the law).

ps fyi to the rest of you - we recently tried to book a birding tour of the back cayes. we have been informed that birding tours are no longer being offered - developers have removed all of the nests and young, there is nothing to see there anymore.
