Way to go Captain Jeff!!!! Losing that weight is so liberating! I have lost 87lbs in the last couple of years and just completed my second walking marathon of 26 miles!! You have given me an inspiration to learn to dive!!!

I've lost about 1,000 pounds (over the years) but gained about 1,100. Boo Hoo. Good for you captain. And the underwater world is soooo amazing. One of the benefits is when you get neutrally buoyant you don't weigh anything. I'd love to video you on your first dives.

Travel queen I will be not down for lobster fest I was just invited to go to cuba for a humanitarian special invited trip . but will next time do that with you .I would enjoy that I now do 2.5 miles on tread mill 6 days a week ..as of today 22 more pounds till goal But be back to my condo in sanpedro july ,then end of august for my dear friend Maya's birthday ..
