Anybody got a feel for the area called Los Cocos, 10 miles from town. Seems to be near Tranquility Bay Resort area. I found this area to have been very beautiful with the reef coming in close to the beach. Seems like alot of property coming up for sale lately and I wanted to get a feel for what may be "in the air" for this area!!

Los Cocos is about 1/4 mile past the old Salamander Resort just before a small group of two or three homes. About 2 miles south of Tranquility Bay Resort. We were up in that area a couple weekends ago and it was absolutely beautiful!
