Does not anybody get it? There are no honest real estate brokers, any more than there are honest lawyers. That's like saying somebody is "basically honest".

I'll second that. Richard went out of his way to help us, and guided us to what turned out to be a much better fit for us than what we originally approached him with.

And thanks to Dianne C. as well for pointing us to him....

I love San Pedro's Real Estate Agents, It's a small island and little else provides me with as much entertainment.

Perhaps I am delusional, and of course there are exceptions, but I do think that most Real Estate agents I know on the Island are, in fact, ethical and will speak the truth as they know it or they believe it to be.

However, If their buyers are not willing or ready to hear their advice / opinions, that is another story altogether....

Chris Allnat, Grant Cummings & Evelyn Nunez is our recommendation. Wish we would've found them first when we went to Ambergris Caye in 2008 and bought a condo. We absolutely do love our condo and couldn't be more happy with it!



Food for thought, perhaps ask your Realtor for references who they've sold to.
