Love the fact that in 63 more days we will have some new places to check out. As you can tell we are counting the days....

Gotta admit, the place looks awesome. Tons better than the dirty white and neon blue. Walked past it last night and the lighting makes it look awesome. Very well executed thus far.

However, can anyone tell me why on Gods green earth PJ would be selling sandwiches out of the place? There was a couple eating right at the front and it looked like they were regular sandwiches made from sliced cheese and cheap bread. Just doesn't make sense considering that everyone has said good things (as have I) about the Sandwiches at latitudes and now it directly competes with his business next door. Just a question for thought I guess. Looks great so far though. Hopefully they are going to offer something new and much better than sandwiches though. best of luck either way....I will at least stop in for a drink, but my sandwiches will definitely come from latitudes. Cheers!

I would hazard a guess that the food is coming from the Latitudes cafe.

Ouch....definitely not the case Amanda...and cmon, you see our wraps & sandwiches at Sunrise Realty....you know what kind of food I'm selling. I think Chris would send it back if we sent him something like what was described here. And It was at night and I close the cafe at 4:30. Plus, I use thick hand cut wheat bread that is made fresh daily along with fresh cheddar cheese that is melted on the meats. Ok, enough about Latitudes. smile

We actually aren't ready to serve any food yet at 1755, so the kitchen staff put together some sandwiches in case someone was hungry. The staff didn't know exactly where to buy the good ingredients(startup business issues), so I immediately went to Gunter & ordered some fresh bread and better meats & cheeses(thank you to Mathieus Deli).

So until we get our entire menu hashed out, we will keep some simple foods around in case someone is starving, but be on the lookout for the new menu very very soon.
